We are currently seeking a dedicated and compassionate Nurse to join our healthcare team. The Nurse will play a vital role in providing support and assistance to patients and medical staff within the hospital setting. Staff nurses perform duties such as giving patients their medications, monitoring vital signs, documenting patients’ condition, and educating patients and their families about medical conditions.

Qualifications and Requirements:

  • A valid and current nursing license (RN) issued by the Public Board of Nursing.
  • Completion of an accredited nursing program resulting in a diploma, associate degree in nursing (ADN), or Bachelor of Science in nursing (BSN).
  • Successful passage of the Public licensing examination for registered nurses,

Responsibilities and Duties:

  • Monitor and assess patients’ physical and emotional well-being.
  • Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by doctors.
  • Assist patients with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, and eating.
  • Provide wound care and ensure proper dressing changes.
  • Follow strict infection control protocols to prevent the spread of infections.
  • Adhere to hand hygiene, isolation, and other preventive measures

Skills and Traits:

  • Proficiency in performing medical procedures, administering medications, and providing hands-on patient care based on evidence-based practices.
  • Ability to assess complex situations, analyze information, and make sound clinical judgments for patient care and problem-solving.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively interact with patients, families, and the healthcare team, as well as document patient information accurately.
  • A genuine concern for patients’ well-being, combined with the ability to understand and empathize with their physical and emotional needs.
  • Careful observation and meticulous attention to detail in recording patient information, administering treatments, and following protocols accurately.
  • Efficiently manage multiple tasks, prioritize patient needs, and ensure timely completion of nursing duties within a dynamic healthcare environment.
  • Familiarity with medical equipment, technology, and electronic health records (EHR) systems for efficient patient care documentation.
  • Ability to remain calm and composed during emergencies, swiftly assessing situations and taking appropriate actions to stabilize patients.

Language:

  • English Language: Read, speak, and write. (B1)

Work Hours and Shifts:

  • It’s important to note that nursing is a 24/7 profession, and nurses’ schedules may be influenced by factors such as patient acuity, staffing needs, and the specific healthcare facility’s policies. Shift differentials (extra pay for working certain shifts) are common in our Company.
